Our “others” begins with the customer. Without them none of us have jobs. Then, the teammates, without whom we would get less done. And ends with a balanced approach for the owners. We allocate our time toward our bull’s eye personas. We use a make-to-order business model. The climb can be quantified and is expected to change through time.
