On November 3, 2023, Little Engine Ventures (“LEV”) acquired the stock of Precision Header Tooling of Rockford, Illinois from David Tollin. The company produces header dies for fastener manufacturers throughout the Midwest.

Mr. Tollin will stay on as a sales professional in a semi-retirement capacity. His daughter Patty Myers has been promoted to General Manager. Additional staff will be added and facility upgrades are planned for the building also owned by the corporation. Starr said he was pleased to close his first deal with a broker and is hopeful to close more deals with him.
